The aim of this study is to examine the development trends and conceptual structure of scientific publications on digital transformation and artificial intelligence in human resource management through bibliometric analysis. Within the scope of the study, a total of 179 publications indexed in the Web of Science Core Collection database and covering the period between 2018 and 2026 were analyzed. The analysis focused on the distribution of publications by year, publication types, productive countries and sources, citation structures, keyword networks, and thematic trends. The findings reveal that academic interest in digital transformation and artificial intelligence in human resource management has increased significantly, particularly after 2021, with the highest number of publications recorded in 2025. Keyword analysis identified “human resource management,” “artificial intelligence,” and “digital transformation” as the core concepts shaping the literature. In addition, themes such as e-HRM, HR analytics, big data, automation, and employee experience have gained increasing prominence over time. The results indicate that the field is evolving toward a more data-driven, technology-oriented, and strategically focused structure. Overall, this study provides a comprehensive overview of the current state of the literature on digital transformation and artificial intelligence in human resource management, highlights emerging research trends, and offers valuable insights for future studies.
