The point that should be pointed is that it is not an significant varinble that the individual works in the same or different institutions, in organizations where collective work is important, the self-sacrificing work of individuals ensures the formation of a sense of corporate belonging. This situation contributes positively to the increase in the job satisfaction of the employees and the achievement of the organization’s targeted success. The conscious or unconscious attitude of organizational managers and employees towards each other directly affect the institution and people, revealing undesirable situations such as disappointment and failure. The aim of this study is to determine the effects of demographic variables and organizational cynicism and social loafing on employees. In order to determine the relationship between the variables, data were collected from 371 employees working in different sectors in the province of Kayseri with the convenience sampling method. According to the results of the research, it was determined that organizational cynicism dimensions and collegue social loafing behavior mutually affect each other.
