The research was carried out to determine the level of relationship between the level of organizational commitment and job performance of the lecturers working at Yozgat Bozok University. In this context, whether there is a statistically significant relationship between the organizational commitment level of the lecturers and their job performance was examined by using quantitative research methods. The research was carried out by applying an online questionnaire to 284 lecturers working at Yozgat Bozok University. As a result of the findings, it has been determined that there is a statistically significant and positive relationship between the organizational commitment of individuals and their job performance.
